Here you will find Selkirk Flue in only 7" (178mm) internal diamter, the external size for 7" selkirk flue is 9" (225mm)

Selkirk twin wall flues are constructed entirely from stainless steel and a 25mm (1”) insulated annulus. The external skin of Selkirk flue is manufactured from 304 grade matt finish stainless steel and carries the structural load, and the inner liner of Selkirk flue is resistant to the often corrosive products of combustion, and is free to expand or contract as flue gas temperatures change. The 316 grade inner liner heats rapidly to produce a strong draught which ensures that waste gases are exhausted and condensation of the harmful products of combustion is minimised.

Selkirk flue can be used internally or externally. The relatively low external wall temperature permits installation with only a 50mm (2”) air gap clearance to combustible materials.

Selkirk flue pipe has a twist lock design for easy installation.

Selkirk flue is one of the few company's who use non ventilated floor penetration components, the problem with ventilated ceiling supports etc is that smoke and flames can rise to the room above. For instance if you had a fire in your house downstairs smoke would travel through the ventilated ceiling support to the rooms upstairs as smoke inhalation is the biggest killer in house fires Selkirk developed a non ventilated ceiling support to help protect you from this. Stoves and Flues Ltd helped Selkirk test a ventilated ceiling support to prove how dangerous they can be.
